For your information the park is open from 1st March through to 31st October. Annual site rent for the 2010 season inclusive of rates, water and sewerage is £1438.00 incl vat. Electricity is metered and insurance can be arranged on a new for old or market value basis. We also retail gas at £24.50 for 19kg bottles. For caravans purchased through the park a connection / siting fee of £800 incl vat is payable to cover water & sewerage connection and electricity & gas connection. The building of steps is quoted separately or decking can be provided and is available in three different designs.
